The PRM Transformation Model
The PRM Transformation Model is our Christ-centered approach to helping people move from a life of crisis toward wholeness. Rather than a rigid set of steps, our model reflects four essential areas of support - Get Help, Stabilize, Recover, and Give Back - addressing the root causes of homelessness, addiction, and trauma, and guiding people toward a purposeful, self-sufficient life.
