The grant is one of $1 million distributed to non-profit organizations as part of Liberty Mutual Insurance’s 100th anniversary celebration. Liberty Mutual created the “100 Gifts” program to commemorate the company’s long-standing tradition of supporting the local communities in the U.S. and around the world where its employees live and work.

Portland Rescue Mission is just one of 100 non-profits chosen worldwide, and one of two chosen in the Portland area.

Our heartfelt thanks to Liberty Mutual for this generous gift. These funds will go far in supporting the life-giving meals, shelter, addiction recovery, life skills training and other care we provide to hundreds of hurting people each day.
