General description of work:
Responsible to manage all departments of Shepherd's Door. Responsible to assist in propelling the church and community partners into a fuller and welcoming ministry in the SD/PRM culture. To participate in all program design and implementation. To encourage all staff, partners and people we serve to diligently practice the disciplines of the faith to better understand our identity in Christ. Men's Life Change Program Manager

General description of work:
The New Life Recovery Manager is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all aspects of the Men's New Life Recovery Program which include: Addiction Recovery, Pastoral Care, and Life Skills.

The New Life Recovery Manager collaborates with the team to plan, implement, evaluate and modify programs, to match the vision and culture of the Portland Rescue Mission.

Children's Center -Teacher

General description of work:
The teacher is responsible for the supervision and implementation of the classroom activities for the group of children they are designated to.

The teacher is responsible for the curriculum planning under the supervision of the head teacher, and may be asked to participate in the quarterly reviews of the child's portfolio.

Men's Ministry Part-Time Night Manager

General description of work:
Responsible for the safety of the facility, for those in residence and those receiving emergency services, including overnight shelter. The shift worker will report to his assigned team overseer, either the vocational team, the educational team, or the chaplaincy team.
